Autumn is almost upon us the days are getting shorter and its slighter cooler with still wonderful Melbourne autumn weather. We are now starting to think more about comfort food. This fantastic pork spare rib dish is still not too heavy and delicious to eat it can be accompanied with some wombok salad and jasmine rice. so simple to prepare!
